Bjornies
Bjornies was created from the passion of Björn Boudin, a Limburg pastry chef with more than 15 years of experience in the art of ice cream making. Inspired by the tradition of artisanal Italian gelato, Bjornies grew into a successful business from 2021 onwards. With ice cream experience in Kontich, Boom and Antwerp. It has a dedicated team of ice cream makers and students and is ready every day to serve freshly prepared ice cream of the highest quality.
